Cream Cheese Corn Casserole
This creamy, cheesy corn casserole is an easy side dish that’s perfect for holiday dinners, potlucks, or weeknight meals. It comes together with just a handful of ingredients and bakes until hot and bubbly.
Ingredients
2 (15-ounce) cans whole-kernel corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can cream-style corn
8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
4 tablespoons (¼ cup) unsalted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the cream cheese and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
Add the whole-kernel corn, cream-style corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
