- Cook the pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the shell pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the steak bites
- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Add 3 tbsp butter and minced garlic.
- Toss for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove steak from the skillet and keep warm.
- Make the creamy Parmesan sauce
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until smooth and creamy.
- Combine
- Add the cooked shells to the sauce and toss well.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and gently mix.
- Simmer for 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
