Oregano Herbal Tea
Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried oregano)
1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Place the oregano in a mug or teapot.
Pour the boiling water over the leaves.
Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain the tea.
Stir in honey and lemon, if desired, and serve warm.
