Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1½–2 hours

Servings: About 36 clusters

Ingredients

1 bag (10–11 ounces) milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped

16 ounces dry roasted peanuts

1 package (12 ounces) white chocolate chips

1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Lightly grease the inside of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker or line it with a slow cooker liner.
Add the peanuts to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Layer the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and unwrapped chocolate kisses on top. Do not stir.
Cover and cook on Low for 1½–2 hours, until the chocolate is fully melted.
Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and the peanuts are evenly coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
Let the clusters cool completely until firm, about 1 hour at room temperature or 20–30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Tips
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
For a festive touch, top each cluster with holiday sprinkles before they set.
You can substitute almonds, pecans, or cashews for some or all of the peanuts if desire
